The Greater Sydney Commission makes the following local environmental plan under the

Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979.

1      Name of Plan

This Plan is The Hills Local Environmental Plan 2012 (Amendment No 31).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

(1)

This Plan applies to land known as the North Rocks Employment Precinct, North

Rocks, including the following:

(a)

1, 3, 5 and 6 Lenton Place,

(b)

3, 7, 9 (part of Excelsior Reserve No 45), 12, 12A, 14, 16, 18, 19–21, 20, 22, 23 and 25 Loyalty Road,

(c)

213, 215, 217, 219 and 219A North Rocks Road,

(d)

1, 2 and 3 Richard Close,

(e)

2 and 3 Trent Road.

(2)

This Plan also applies to all land in Zone B6 Enterprise Corridor and, in particular:

(a)

RMB 113, RMB 114, RMB 115, RMB 117 and RMB 119 Windsor Road and certain other land fronting or near Windsor Road, Beaumont Hills, and

(b)

Showground Rail Station, Showground Road, Castle Hill, and

(c)

1–9, 2, 6, 8, 10, 11–21 and 12 North Rocks Road, North Rocks, and

(d)

certain land at Rouse Hill, being:

(i)      278, 282, 284, 286, 288, 290–312, 314, 316, 318, 320, 1–27/322, 324, 326, 328, 330 and 332–334 Annangrove Road, and

(ii)      2 Commercial Road, and

(iii)      20 and 31 Edwards Road, and

(iv)      1–4/1 and 3 Resolution Place, and

(v)      certain land fronting or near Windsor Road.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by The Hills Local Environmental Plan 2012 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the Greater Sydney Commission on the making of this Plan.

Omit the fourth dot point from item 1 of the matter relating to Zone B6 Enterprise Corridor.
