1      Name of Plan

This Plan is The Hills Local Environmental Plan 2012 (Amendment No 26).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to land at 160–162 Excelsior Avenue, Castle Hill, being Lots 1 and 2, DP 562533.

4      Amendment of The Hills Local Environmental Plan 2012

(1) Schedule 1 Additional permitted uses

Omit “consent” wherever occurring in clauses 1AA (2), 1 (2), 1A (2) and 2 (2).

Insert instead “development consent”.

(2)	Schedule 1, clause 1AB
Insert after clause 1AA:
1AB Use of certain land at Excelsior Avenue, Castle Hill

This clause applies to land at 160–162 Excelsior Avenue, Castle Hill,

being Lots 1 and 2, DP 562533.

(2)

Development for the purposes of a child care centre is permitted with

development consent.
