1      Name of Plan

This Plan is The Hills Local Environmental Plan 2012 (Amendment

No 2).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to land at Commercial Road, Rouse Hill, being Lots

1021 and 1022, DP 1091484.

4      Amendment of The Hills Local Environmental Plan 2012

Clause 1.8A Savings provision relating to development applications

Insert at the end of the clause:

(2) Subclause (1) does not apply to the development application (DA187/2012/HA) lodged on 23 August 2011 in relation to Lots 1021 and 1022, DP 1091484.
