1      Name of Plan

This Plan is The Hills Local Environmental Plan 2012 (Amendment No 16).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to:

(a)	27 North Rocks Road, North Rocks (Lot 2, DP 1158967 and Lot 101, DP 617754), and
(b)	29 North Rocks Road, North Rocks (Lot 2, DP 721567), and
(c)	31–33 North Rocks Road, North Rocks (Lots 2 and 3, DP 22931 and Lot 1, DP 127003).

4      Maps

The maps adopted by The Hills Local Environmental Plan 2012 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the Minister on the making of this Plan.
