follows:

" The Health Acts, 1898 and 1909."

3. (1) Anv sanitary rate declared under section25 of the ~ ~ ~ $ ~ ~ ~,

of the whole of the Municipality or District or any part or parts thereof, or in respect of any ward or wards or any part or parts thereof.
(2) Any such sanitary rate may be expended for the purpose ofBow expended.

4, Any Municipal Council or District Council may, without | |
declaring a sanitary rate, on the vote of an absolute majority of its members, undertake and carry out the removal of nightsoil and ally other works and things for sanitary purposes, and defray the cost of so doing out of its general revenue. | |
