1, This Act may be cited alone as " The Harbor and Railwayshort title.
Extension Act, 1910,'' and '' The Harbor and Railway Act, | ||
be cite together as "The Harbor and Railway Acts, 1901 and 6 | 1910." |
2, This Act is incorporated with the principal Act, and theIncorpomtion with
principal Act and this Act shall be read together as one Act. |
3, The Governor is herebv authorised to make, construct, and power toe-d |
maintain an extension of the .harbor mentioned in section 4
of the
principal Act so that the said harbor shall extend to and include | ' |
all the area shown and described, and colored blue, in a certain plan deposited in the office of the Surveyor-General, at Adelaide, signed | |
Graham Stewart, Engineer-in-Chief," and dated the first November, one thousand nine hundred and ten, which plan is herein- |
after called " | the said plan." |

4, The Governor is hereby authorised to execute and carry out |
all or nny of the following additional works (hereafter in this Act
called | the additicmal works ") :- |

I. of section4 of the principal Act so that the said channel shall extend to and include all the area mentioned in section3 of this Act:
11. To erect, construct, and place the necessary buoys, beacons, and lights, and to execute and carry out all other works to ensure safety to ocean and other steamers in the naviga- tion and use of the said extension of harbor and channel:

of the existing wharf, shown on the said plan and therein colored red and marked " Wharf," sufficient for the accommodation of ocean steamers, together with all jetties, quays, cranes, machinery, sheds, buildings, and other

(1) The South Australian Hailways Commissioner is hereby authorised to make and maintain suchan extension of the railway constructed under the principal Act as he deems neceseary or convenient in consequence of the construction or existence of the sdditional works or any of them, together with all proper works

(2) The said extension of railway when made shall be regarded as
part of the
maintained.

(2) ,Section 10 of the principal Act shall apply to this Act and to
the aaid plan.
