follows: B with the advice and consent of the Parliament thereof, as

and with all Acts incorporated therewith respectively.

1, This Act may be cited as " The Guaranteed Railways Acts short title.

Amendment of b 4 The Wandilo and Glencoe Railway Acts, 1903 and

1909."

Provieion for

terminating the 3, If the total of the sums carried or credited pursuant to the

provisions of The Wandilo and Glencoe Railway Acts, 1903 and

1909," to the fund constituted by section 15 of The Wandilo and Glencoe Railway Act, 1903," and all other receipts in respect of the railway constructed under that Act, for any period of five consecutive years, is not less than the total of the working expenses in respect of the eaid railway and interest at the rate of three and a half per centum per annum on the cost of the said railway for the eame period, the Commissioner shall, as soon as practicable after the termination of such period, by notice published in the Government Gazette, declare that the said fund is closed; and thereupon-

(a) the Treasurer shall transfer the total amount handing to the credit of' the said fund to the credit of the revenue of the

South Australian Railways generally; and

(b) the provisions of sections 15 to 32, both inclusive, of The

Wandilo and Glencoe Railway Act, 1903," and of sectione 3 to 5, both inclusive, of The Wandilo and Glencoe Railway Act Amendment Act, 1909," shall cease to apply to, and ehall not again come into force with respect to, the said railway or the Railway District constituted by The Wandilo and Glencoe Railway Act, 1903."
