5, Any person holding a licence under this Act may trangfer such licence to any other person for the balance of the period for which the licence was issued, but such transfer shall not be effectual unless indorsed by the issuer thereof with the name of the transferee.

8. Notwithstanding anything contained in " The Fisheries 14ct,

1904," or any Proclamation issued under the authority of such Act,

the mesh of the bunt net used by any fisherman shall be not less

than one inch arid seven-eighths of one inch.
