An Act to amend " The Fire Brigades Act, 1904.''

E it Enacted by the Governor of the State of South Australia,

follows: B with the advice and consent of the Parliament thereof, as

following words after the word " months " in the fifth line thereof:-

" Such return shall show the amount derived from insurance of pro-

perty situated within the limits of the Municipalities and Districts

for the time being subject to the provisions of this Act."

Application of '

provisions of " The Fire Brigades Act, 1890 ":

111. To every Municipality and District to which the Governor,

upon the application of the Council of such Municipality or of the District Council of such District, and upon the recommendation of the Board, may, by Proclamation in the Government Gazette, declare that the principal Act shall apply:
