Short title, This Act may be cited as The Criminal Code Amendment Act 1973 and shall *be read as one with The Criminal Code.

Section 621 of The Criminal Code is amended by omitting the words " other than the crime of treason or murder , or any of the crimes defined in the second paragraph of section eighty-one and in section eighty-two of this Code ".
