The Constitution Act, 1889, Amendment Act, 1894
| Short title | 1. This Act may be cited as The Constitution Act, 1889, Amend- ment Act, 1894: |
| Amendment of | 2. The words Five hundred pounds ' occurring in the thirty-second |

No action or other proceeding for the recovery of any penalty, forfeiture, or sum of money in respect of the breach or violation of any of the provisions of the Principal Act shall be commenced unless and until the plaintiff shall pay into Court the sum of One hundred pounds as security for all such costs as may be awarded to the defen- dant in such action or proceeding, and such sum shall abide the order of the Court or a Judge. |
