1, This Act may be cited as " The Companies Act Furthershort title and
Amendment Act, 1906," and shall be incorporated with " The Companies Act, 1892 " (hereinafter called " the principal Act "), and the Act amending the same.
2. In this Act " Court" means the Supreme Court of the said~nterpretation:
