REGULATIONS UNDER THE COAST PROTECTION ACT, 1972

DECLARATION OF LANDS TO CONSTITUTE COAST

The Coast Protection Act (Spencer) Regulations, 1984

being

No. 110 of 1984: Gaz. 21 June 1984, p. 1781

1. These regulations may be cited as The Coast Protection Act (Spencer) Regulations, 1984.

2. The lands defined in the Schedule hereto are hereby declared to constitute part of the

coast for the purposes of the Coast Protection Act, 1972.

THE SCHEDULE

That portion of the coast of South Australia being portions of and adjoining the seaward boundaries of

the counties of Victoria, Frome, Manchester and York—

(1)

All rural land, being a rural area shown on the Development Plan, as amended, prepared pursuant to the Planning Act, 1982, above and within five hundred metres of the Mean High Water Mark on the seashore at spring tides;

(2)

All land in sections 123, 29 and 10, Hundred of Randell, county of York;

(3)

All land in section 8, hundred of Poynton, county of York.
