The Coast Protection Act (South East) Regulations

(No. 2), 1985

1. These regulations may be cited as The Coast Protection Act (South East) Regulations

(No. 2), 1985.

2. The Coast Protection Act (South East) Regulations, 1985, made on 22 August, 1985, and

published in the Gazette on the same day at page 556 are revoked.

3. All that land that is between the seaward edge of the heavy line on the plans in the schedule hereto and the Mean High Water Mark on the seashore at spring tides is hereby declared to be coast and to constitute part of the coast for the purposes of the Coast Protection Act, 1972.
