The Coast Protection Act (Identity Card) Regulations, 1985

1. These regulations may be cited as The Coast Protection Act (Identity Card) Regulations,

1985.

2. In these regulations—

"the Act" means the Coast Protection Act, 1972.

3. For the purposes of section 34a(3) of the Act, an identity card issued to a warden must be

in the following form:

COAST PROTECTION ACT

Appointed pursuant to the provisions of the Coast Protection Act,

1972.
