AN ACT to make perpetual an Ordinance intituled. " An Ordinance for taking an account of the Population and of the amount of Live Stock and Crop and other Particu- lars of the Colony of Western Australia."

HEREAS an Ordinance was passed in the twelfth year of taking an account of the Population and of the amount of LiveW

Her present Majesty, No. 4, intituled "An Ordinance for Stock and Crop and other Particulars of the Colony of Western Australia;" And whereas doubts have arisen as to whether the said Ordinance is still in force.: Be it enacted by His Excellency the Governor of Western Australia and its Dependencies, by and with

the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as

follows

1 THE said Ordinance shall be and the same is hereby made Ordinance 1.2th Viet., No.

Perpetual.
