An Act to provide for the Reticulation of the Bundaleer

Waterworks District, and for other purposes.

E it Enacted by the Governor, with the advice and consent of

B the Parliament of South Australia, as follows:

1, This Act may be cited as " The Bundaleer Waterworks Act, Short title.

1902."

2. This Act shall be incorporated with and shall form part of Incorporation.

" The Waterworks ,4ct, 1882," and of any Acts incorporated there-

with, except sections 11 0, 114, 115, 116, 11 7, and 118 of " The

Land Clauses Consolidation Act," 18 17.

voted by Parliament for the purpose, construct and maintain the construct works. 3, The Commissioner of Waterworks may, out of the moneys Commimioner

waterworks and all other works which may from time to time be found necessary for conveying and distributing the water stored in the Bundaleer Reservoir to and through portions of the water district defined in the plan signed by the Engineer-in-Chief, dated the twenty-first day of July, one thousand nine hundred and two, marked Bundaleer Waterworks, and deposited with the Surveyor- General, and which district is therein margined green.
