[1] On 27 May 2009 “The Breweries and Bottleyards Employees’ Industrial Union of Workers of Western Australia” (BEU) applied for registration as an organisation pursuant to 18B of Schedule 1 to the Workplace Relations Act 1996 (Cth).

[2] For the reasons given orally on 19 January 2010, I am satisfied that all of the requirements for registration exist. Accordingly, I am required to grant the application and I do so. The registration will take effect on 1 February 2010.
