Arrangement for conduct of election.

[1]        On 6 March 2015 The Association of Independent Schools of South Australia (the

organisation) notified the Fair Work Commission (the Commission) that it required an

election to be conducted as a result of insufficient nominations in previous election E2015/68.

[2]        On 6 March 2015 the Commission contacted the organisation and requested that

further prescribed information be lodged.

[3]        On 10 and 12 March 2015, the organisation lodged with the Commission further

prescribed information in relation to an election for the following offices:

Nominee Governors of Primary Schools (2)

[4]        I am satisfied that an election for the abovenamed offices is required to be held under

the rules of the organisation and, under subsection 189(3) of the Fair Work (Registered

Organisations) Act 2009, I am making arrangements for the conduct of the election by the

Australian Electoral Commission.
