Application to terminate collective agreement-based transitional instrument.
[1] Having considered the matters addressed in the statutory declaration tendered today together with the submissions that have been made in the proceedings to date, I am satisfied that the Challenge Armidale (Business Services) Workplace Agreement 2004 should be terminated. Pursuant to Schedule 3, Part 3, Item 16 of the Fair Work (Transitional and Consequential Amendments) Act 2009 and s.226 of the Fair Work Act 2009, the Agreement is terminated effective 22 June 2011.
