An Act to amend an Ordinance made and passed by the Governor and Legislative Council of the Province of South Australia on the first day of November, one thousand eight hundred and forty-three, in- tituled " An Ordinance to Regulate Appraisers."

E it Enacted by the Goveinor of the State of South Australia,

An assessment of a Municipal Corporation or District Council shall not be invalid because it has been made by an unlicensed valuator, nor shall any assessor under the Municipal Corporations or
