An Act to amend an Ordinance made and passed by the Governor and Legislative Council of the Province of South Australia on the first day of November, one thousand eight hundred and forty-three, in- tituled " An Ordinance to Regulate Appraisers."

section thereof, and by substituting therefor the words shall bear date on the day on which it is issued, and shall continue in force for the space of twelve calendar months therefrom."

An assessment of a Municipal Corporation or District Council shall not be invalid because it has been made by an unlicensed valuator, nor shall any assessor under the Municipal Corporations or
anseeamentu not
invalid. District Councils Acts be liable to
a penalty because he had nota licence when he made such assessment.
