E it Enacted by the Governor of the State of South Australia,

3, 'l'his Act shall not affect

saving clause.

( a ) Any right actually acquired before the passing of this Act;

( 6 ) The rights of the parties to any legal proceeding in which

a decision had been pronounced by a Court of com-

petent jurisdiction before such passing; or

( c ) The rights of

thr parties to any legal proceeding pending

at the time of such passing, in which the question of the existence of a right to access or use of light to or for airy building had arisen before such passing.
