amended by the insertion of the following new division :- stocking.

(c) Stocking his holding provided that such improvements " as

4. Subsection (4) of section 13 of the principal Act is hereby Amendment of a. 13. Increaae of limit of

amended so as to read as follows :- advances.

At no time shall the total advances to any one settler exceed the

sum of Six Hundred Pounds.
