ment assembled, as f'ollows:

1. The Commissioner of Public Works may take possession of all certain land may be taken for gunpowder

that portion of the Gaol Reserve, City of Adelaide, described in the magazine#.

2. This Act may be cited as " The Adelaide Gunpowder Maga- short title.

northerly from its south-west corner; thence easterly at an angle of 8g0 42' for 125

linka; thence northerly at an angle of RgO 42' for 135 links; thince easterly at right- angles for 140 links; thence north-easterly at an angle of 150' for 180 links; thence north-westerly at right-angles for 234 links; thence south-westerly at right angles for 180 links; thence westerly at an angle of 150° to the western boundary of gaol reserve aforesaid; thence southerly along said boundary to the
