Application for relief from unfair dismissal - dismissal not unfair.

[1] Pursuant to s.601 of the Fair Work Act 2009 (the Act) I reduce to writing the decision given orally in transcript on 12 February 2016 in relation to an application for relief from unfair dismissal of Mr Thaer Barkho.

[2] I find that the dismissal of Mr Barkho was not unfair and my reasons are those given in transcript.

[3] I dismiss the application of Mr Barkho and an order giving effect to this decision will issue separately.
