Permission granted for respondent to be represented by lawyer.

[1] The Respondent has sought permission to be represented by a lawyer pursuant to s.596(2) of the Act. The Textile, Clothing and Footwear Union of Australia does not oppose the grant of permission.

[2] Having considered the submissions in support of the respondent’s application, I determine that permission should be granted to the respondent to be legally represented pursuant to s.596(2)(a) of the Act.

[3] My reasons for this decision will be given during proceedings on 27 March 2017.
