Citation

1. These regulations may be cited as the Tertiary Education Regulations, 1990.

Fees for accreditation of course

2. The following fees are payable to the Minister by an institution of tertiary education (other than a principal institution of tertiary education) in respect of the accreditation of a course or a proposed course:

$

(b)

if the Minister believes it is necessary to conduct a detailed assessment of a course or matters related to the provision of the course by the institution. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. .. . 700

(c)

if, in assessing an application for	all expenses
accreditation, the Minister believes it	reasonably
is necessary to obtain the expertise of	incurred
a person other than a person employed in	in doing so.

proposed course is not refundable.
