Citation

1. These regulations may be cited as the Tertiary Education Regulations, 1990.

Fees for accreditation of course

2. The following fees are payable to the Minister by an institution of tertiary education (other than a principal institution of tertiary education) in respect of the accreditation of a course or a proposed course:
