Commencement Proclamation
under the
Terrorism (Police Powers) Amendment Act 2010 No 72
MARIE BASHIR, Governor I, Professor Marie Bashir AC, CVO, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 (1) of the Terrorism (Police Powers) Amendment Act 2010, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 16 December 2010 as the day on which the uncommenced provisions of that Act commence.
