An Act to amend the Territory-owned Corporations Amendment Act 2006

The Legislative Assembly for the Australian Capital Territory enacts as follows:

1. Name of Act

   This Act is the Territory-owned Corporations Amendment Act 2007.

2. Commencement

   This Act commences on the day after its notification day.

   NoteThe naming and commencement provisions automatically commence on the notification day (see Legislation Act, s 75 (1)).

3. Legislation amended

   This Act amends the Territory-owned Corporations Amendment Act 2006.

4. Commencement
   Section 2 (2)

   substitute

   (2)If this Act has not commenced within 18 months beginning on its notification day, it automatically commences on—

   (a)the first day after that period; or

   (b)if another date is prescribed by regulation—on the prescribed date.
