Territory Authorities (Financial Provisions) Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Territory Authorities (Financial Provisions) Act 1978.

Commencement

1. These Regulations shall come into operation on 1 July 1982.

Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Territory Authorities (Financial Provisions) Regulations is amended

(a) by omitting from Part I—

“Canberra Showground Trust”;

(b) by inserting in Part I—

“National Exhibition Centre Trust”

after—

“Legal Aid Commission (A.C.T.)”; and

(c) by omitting from Part II—

“Canberra Showground Trust”.
