I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Territory Authorities (Financial Provisions) Act 1978.

Commencement

1. These Regulations commence on 1 July 1988.

Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Territory Authorities (Financial Provisions) Regulations is amended by omitting from Part II:

“Building and Construction Industry Long Service Leave Board”

and substituting:

“Australian Capital Territory Electricity and Water Authority

Building and Construction Industry Long Service Leave Board”.
