1  Name of Ordinance

This Ordinance is the Territories Legislation (Applied Laws) Amendment Ordinance 2013 (No. 1).

2  Commencement

This Ordinance commences on the day after it is registered.

3  Authority

This Ordinance is made under the Christmas Island Act 1958 and the Cocos (Keeling) Islands Act 1955.

4  Schedule(s)

Each instrument that is specified in a Schedule to this instrument is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this instrument has effect according to its terms.
