An Act to repeal the Termination of Pregnancy Act 1978

The Legislative Assembly for the Australian Capital Territory enacts as follows:
Short title
1. This Act may be cited as the Termination of Pregnancy (Repeal) Act 1992.
Repeal
2. The Termination of Pregnancy Act 1978 is repealed.
