I, the Minister for Planning, make the following local environmental plan under the

Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979.

1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Tenterfield Local Environmental Plan 2013 (Amendment No 5).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to certain land to be used as a heavy vehicle bypass to the south, southwest and west of the town of Tenterfield.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Tenterfield Local Environmental Plan 2013 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the Minister on the making of this Plan.

Insert after Zone RU5 Village:

Zone SP2 Infrastructure

1      Objectives of zone

To provide for infrastructure and related uses.

To prevent development that is not compatible with or that may detract from the provision of infrastructure.

2      Permitted without consent

Environmental facilities; Environmental protection works; Roads

3      Permitted with consent

The purpose shown on the Land Zoning Map, including any development that is ordinarily incidental or ancillary to development for that purpose

4      Prohibited

Any development not specified in item 2 or 3
