AN ACT to amend Section twenty-nine of the Tenants,

Purchasers, and Mortgagors' Relief Act, 1930.

BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, byand with the advice and consent of the Legislative

this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of

the same, as follows:—

1.    This Act may be cited as the Tenants, Purchasers, and Short title.

Mortgagors' Relief Act Amendment Act, 1933, and shall be read as one with the Tenants, Purchasers, and Mortgagors' Relief Act, 1930 (No. 45 of 1930), as amended by the Ten- ants, Purchasers, and Mortgagors' Relief Act Amendment Act, 1932 (No. 2) (No. 52 of 1932), hereinafter referred to as the principal Act.

2.    Section twenty-nine of the principal Act as amended Arsendon9ient

by section two of the Tenants, Purchasers, and Mortgagors'	— •
Relief Act Amendment Act, 1932 (No. 22 of 1932), is amended, as follows :-

(a)	by deleting from subsection (1) the words "thirty- three," in line three, and inserting in lieu thereof the words "thirty-four";
(b)	by deleting from subsection (1) the words "thirty- four," in the last line of such subsection, and in- serting in lieu thereof the words "thirty-five";
(c)	by deleting from subsection (2) the words "thirty- four," and inserting in lieu thereof the words "thirty-five."
