AN ACT to amend section twenty-nine of the Tenants,

Purchasers, and Mortgagors' Relief Act, 1930.

this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of

the same, as follows:—

Short title. 1. This Act may be cited as the Tenants, Purchasers, and

Mortgagors' Relief Act Amendment Act, 1932, and shall he

read as one with the Tenants, Purchasers, and Mortgagors'

Relief Act, 1930 (No. 45 of 1930), hereinafter referred to as

the principal Act.

Amendment co	2.	Section twenty-nine of the principal Act, as amended

by section two of the Tenants, Purchasers, and Mortgagors'

Relief Act Amendment Act, 1931, is amended, as follows:—

(a)	By deleting from subsection one the words "thirty- two," in line three, and inserting in lieu thereof the words "thirty-three."
(b)	By deleting from subsection one the words "thirty- three," in the last line of such subsection, and in- serting in lien thereof the words "thirty-four";
(c)	By deleting from subsection two the words "thirty- three" and inserting in lieu thereof the words thirty-four."
