AN ACT to amend the Tenants, Purchasers, and Mortgagors'

Relief Act, 1930,

B E it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, byCouncil and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, inand with the advice and consent of the Legislative

Mortgagors' Relief Act Amendment Act, 1932 (No. 2).

In case the applicant is a woman who is wholly or mainly dependent on the earnings of another person, then in lien of satisfying the Commissioner, as provided in paragraph (a), it shall be sufficient if she satisfies the Commissioner that such other person has made all such reasonable efforts as aforesaid and that he is and has been unable to obtain employment through no fault of his own.
