AN ACT to amend section twenty-nine of the Tenants,

Purchasers, and Mortgagors' Relief Act, 1930.

this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of

the same, as follows:—

Short title. 1.

This Act may be cited as the Tenants, uchasers, and Mortgagors' Relief Act Amendment Act, 1931, and shall be read as one with the Tenants, Purchasers, and Mortgagors' Relief Act, 1930 (No. 45 of 1930), hereinafter referred to as the principal Act.

Amendment of

29. 2. Section twenty-nine of the principal Act is amended, as

follows :-

(a)	by deleting from subsection one the words "thirty- one" in line three of such subsection and insert- ing in lieu thereof the words "thirty-two";
(b)	by deleting from subsection one the words "thirty- two" in the last line of such subsection and insert- ing in lieu thereof the words "thirty-three";
(c)	by deleting from subsection two the words "thirty- two" and inserting in lieu thereof the words "thirty-three."
