This Act may be cited as the Tenants, Purchasers, and Mortgagors' Relief Act Amendment Act, 1935, and	Short title
shall be read as one with the Tenants, Purchasers, and Mortgagors' Relief Act, 1930 (No. 45 of 1930), as amended by the Acts No. 43 of 1931, No. 22 of 1932, No. 52 of 1932, No. 18 of 1933, and No. 22 of 1934 (herein- after referred to as the principal Act).

amended, as follows :—

(a)

by deleting from subsection (1) the word "thirty- five," in line three, and inserting in lieu thereof the word "thirty-six";

(b)

by deleting from subsection (1) the word "thirty-

six," in the last line of the subsection, and in-

serting in lieu thereof the word "thirty-seven";

(e) by deleting from subsection (2) the word "thirty-	six," and inserting in lieu thereof the word
"thirty-seven."
