AN ACT to continue the operation of the Tenants, Pur-

chasers, and Mortgagors' Relief Act, 1930.

this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of

the same, as follows:—

Short title. 1. This Act may be cited as the Tenants, Purchasers, and,

Mortgagors' Relief Act Amendment Act, 1934, and shall be

read as one with the Tenants, Purchasers, and Mortgagors' Relief Act, 1930 (No. 45 of 1930), as amended by the Acts No. 52 of 1932 and No. 18 of 1933, hereinafter referred to as the principal Act.

of Act.	2.	Section twenty-nine of the principal Act (as amended
Amendment

of s. 29.

by section two of the Act No. 22 of 1932, and section two of

the Act No. 18 of 1933) is amended as follows:

(a)	by deleting from subsection (1) the words "thirty- four" in line three and inserting in lieu thereof the words "thirty-five";
(b)	by deleting from subsection (1) the words "thirty- five" in the last line of the subsection and insert- ing in lieu thereof the words "thirty-six";
(c)	by deleting from subsection (2) the Words "thirty- five" and inserting in lieu thereof the words "thirty-six."
