T rjE it enacted by ttie Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty by and with Preamble, tive Assembly of IS'eiv South Wales in Parliament assembled and by th('. authority of the same as follows :—

1. Where any Bill for continuing any temporary Act shall have Bills for continuing
