1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Temora Local Environmental Plan 2010 (Amendment No 3).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following land at Temora, being land known as the

Bundawarrah Road Estate and the Rosella Street Estate:

(a)	Lots 1–7, DP 1034945,
(b)	Lots 8–17, DP 1046561,
(c)	Lots 18–32, DP 1073421,
(d)	Lots 453–456, 460–462, 464–467, 549 and 550, DP 750587,
(e)	Lots 1 and 2, DP 875792,
(f)	Lots 1–5, 7 and 8, DP 875793,
(g)	Lots 15 and 16, DP 1077807,
(h)	Lots 1–14, DP 1037693.

The maps adopted by Temora Local Environmental Plan 2010 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the Minister on the making of this Plan.
