1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Temora Local Environmental Plan 2010 (Amendment No 2).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following land at Temora:

(a)	Lots 15, 16 and 17, DP 247721, Apollo Place,
(b)	Lots 20, 21 and 22, DP 247721, Apollo Place.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Temora Local Environmental Plan 2010 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the Minister on the making of this Plan.

5      Amendment of Temora Local Environmental Plan 2010

Schedule 4 Classification and reclassification of public land

Omit “Nil” from Part 2. Insert the following:

Temora Lots 15, 16 and 17, DP 247721, Apollo Place Nil
