1  Name

This is the Television Licence Area Plan (Melbourne) Variation 2021 (No. 1).

2  Commencement

This instrument commences on the day it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislation.

This instrument is made under subsection 26(2) of the Broadcasting Services Act 1992.

4  Amendments

The instrument that is specified in Schedule 1 is amended as set out in the applicable items in that Schedule.

In column 3 of the table, omit “30 June 2021” (both occurrences), substitute “30 June 2024”.
