The Australian Communications and Media Authority makes the following variation under subsection 26(2) of the Broadcasting Services Act 1992.

1  Name

This is the Television Licence Area Plan (Brisbane) Variation 2016 (No. 1).

2  Commencement

  This instrument commences at the start of the day after it is registered.

Note:    This instrument will be registered on the Federal Register of Legislation which may be accessed at Authority

This instrument is made under subsection 26(2) of the Broadcasting Services Act 1992.

4  Amendments

  The instrument that is specified in Schedule 1 is amended as set out in that Schedule.

Repeal the table 3.2 after subclause 2(3) of Schedule 3, substitute the following table:
