REGULATION UNDER THE POST AND TELEGRAPH ACT 1901-1934.*
I, THE
GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the
advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation
under the

Amendment of the Telephone Regulations.
Regulation 40 of the Telephone Regulations is amended by omitting sub-regulation (2) and inserting in its stead the following sub-regulation:—
“(2) In any proceedings for the recovery of rent or
charges under these Regulations, the averments of the informant or plaintiff
contained in the information, declaration or claim shall be
