1962. No. 13.

 

REGULATIONS UNDER THE POST AND TELEGRAPH ACT 1901-1960.*

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Post and Telegraph Act 1901-1960.

Amendments of the Telephone Regulations. 

Commencement.

1. These Regulations shall come into operation on the nineteenth day of February, 1962.

First Schedule.

2. The First Schedule to the Telephone Regulations is amended as set out in the First Schedule to these Regulations.

Second Schedule.

3. The Second Schedule to the Telephone Regulations is amended as set out in the Second Schedule to these Regulations.

 

THE SCHEDULES.

FIRST SCHEDULE.

Regulation 2.

Amendments of the First Schedule to the Telephone Regulations.

1. Omit from column 3 of Part 1 opposite to the word “Nymagee” in column 1 the word “Naringhi”, insert—

“Naringhi

Trowell Creek”.

2. Omit from column 3 of Part 1 opposite to the words “Trowell Creek” in column 1 the word “Hermidale”, insert—

“Hermidale

Nymagee”.

3. Omit from column 3 of Part 2 opposite to the words “Dadswell’s Bridge” in column 1 the word “Stawell”, insert—

“Rupanyup East

Stawell”.

SECOND SCHEDULE.

Regulation 3.

Amendments of the Second Schedule to the Telephone Regulations.

1. Omit from column 2 of Part 2 opposite to the word “Ararat” in column 1 the words “Maroona” and “Willaura”, insert—

(a) in place of the word “Maroona”—

“Marnoo

Maroona”; and

(b)in place of the word “Willaura”—

“Wallaloo East

Willaura”.

2. Omit from column 2 of Part 2 opposite to the word “Charlton” in column 1 the words “Marnoo” and “Wallaloo East”.

3. Omit from column 2 of Part 2 opposite to the word “Corryong” in column 1 the words “Mitta Mitta”.

4. Omit from column 2 of Part 2 opposite to the word “Horsham” in column 1 the word “Toolondo”, insert—

“Rupanyup East

Toolondo”.
