No. 96 of 1963.

REGULATIONS UNDER THE POST AND TELEGRAPH ACT 1901-1961.*

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Post and Telegraph Act 1901-1961.

Amendments of the Telephone Regulations.  

Commencement.

1. These Regulations shall come into operation on the twenty-eighth day of October, 1963.

First Schedule.

2. The First Schedule to the Telephone Regulations is amended as set out in the First Schedule to these Regulations.

Second Schedule.

3. The Second Schedule to the Telephone Regulations is amended as set out in the Second Schedule to these Regulations.

THE SCHEDULES.

FIRST SCHEDULE.

Regulation 2.

Amendments of the First Schedule to the Telephone Regulations.

1. Omit from column 3 of Part 1 opposite to the words “Boree Creek” in column 1 the word “Lockhart”, insert—

“Lockhart

Morundah”.

2. Omit from Part 1—

“Buralyang .......

Marsden

Tallimba

Weethallie

West Wyalong”.

4. Omit from column 3 of Part 1 opposite to the word “Limbri” in column 1 the word “Bendemeer”, insert—

9. Omit from column 3 of Part 5 opposite to the word “Dongolocking” in column 1 the word “Dumbleyung”, insert—

10. Insert in column 3 of Part 5 at the beginning of the words specified opposite to the word “Harrismith” in column 1 the word “Dongolocking”.

11. In Part 6, after—

12. Insert in column 3 of Part 6 at the beginning of the words specified opposite to the word “Derby” in column 1 the words “Ansons Bay”.

14. Insert in column 3 of Part 6 at the beginning of the words specified opposite to the word “Pyengana” in column 1 the words “Ansons Bay”.

15. Insert in column 3 of Part 6 at the beginning of the words specified opposite to the word “St. Helens’“ in column 1 the words “Ansons Bay”.

SECOND SCHEDULE.

Regulation 3.

Amendments of the Second Schedule to the Telephone Regulations.

1. Omit from column 2 of Part 1 opposite to the words “West Wyalong” in column 1 the word “Buralyang”.

2. Insert in column 2 of Part 6 at the beginning of the words specified opposite to the words “St. Mary’s” in column 1 the words “Ansons Bay”.
