REGULATION UNDER THE POST AND TELEGRAPH ACT 1901-1916.

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the undermentioned amended Regulation under the Post and Telegraph Act 1901-1916, to come into operation forthwith.

Amendment of the Telephone Regulations 1913.

(Statutory Rules 1913, No. 349, as amended by Statutory Rules 1916, No. 228.)

Regulation 28 is amended by inserting the following words and figures before the words “Jack or jack and plug”:—

“Flexible cord containing not more than six conductors, and not exceeding a maximum of 15 feet in length in excess of the length of cord ordinarily supplied with the telephone........................................... 0 2 6”.
