REGULATIONS UNDER THE POST AND TELEGRAPH ACT 1901-1971.*

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Post and Telegraph Act 1901-1971.

Amendment of the Telephone Regulations 

Commencement.

1. These Regulations shall be deemed to have come into operation on 3rd July, 1973.

Rate of rental.

2. Regulation 29 of the Telephone Regulations is amended by inserting in paragraph (a) of the definition of “pensioner” in sub-regulation (1), after the words “of that Act” (first occurring), the words “, a supporting mother’s benefit under Part IVaaa. of that Act”.
